Cookie Policy
This policy lists what company-registration-netherlands.com stores on your device or lets a provider read, what waits for your consent, and how to change your choice at any time.
- Company
- DutchRegist B.V.
- Address
- Herengracht 123, 1015 BG Amsterdam, Netherlands
What this policy covers
It covers this website only: the cookies and similar technologies it uses or lets a provider use, meaning local storage, session storage and scripts that read information from your device. The controller is the company named at the top of this page.
The rules come from the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and the ePrivacy Directive 2002/58/EC, as both apply in the Netherlands. Legal bases, retention, the context our forms send and your rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Nothing optional runs before you choose
The ePrivacy Directive makes storing or reading information on your device subject to your consent unless it is strictly necessary. This site works to that rule:
- Before you choose, only strictly necessary items run, plus visit counters that store nothing on your device; Google's consent signals start as denied.
- Google's tag loads on every page but sets no cookie until you accept; Microsoft Clarity is not requested until you accept.
- Rejecting costs nothing: every page and every form works the same.
- The Google map on the contact page loads only when you click it.
- Your choice is kept in this browser on this device, not in a cookie.
- No advertising, remarketing or social-media trackers run on this site at all.
What this site stores, item by item
Each item below, who sets it, why, its category and when it loads. Names and lifetimes are read from the live site, not from a provider's documentation.
| What and who sets it | Purpose | Category | When it loads |
|---|---|---|---|
Consent record (crn-consent-v1, in your browser's local storage), set by this site | Remembers your cookie choice | Strictly necessary | When you answer the banner |
Visit context, set by this site: fi:s in session storage, fi:p in local storage | Sends your path through the site and your visit number with an enquiry | Analytics | Only after you accept |
| Cloudflare, which hosts this site | Delivers pages and protects the site against abuse | Strictly necessary | Every page |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Tells people from automated senders on forms | Strictly necessary | Pages with a form |
| Google Analytics 4, Google's tag | Before you accept: a visit signal with no cookie and nothing stored on your device, so visits cannot be linked to each other. After you accept: visit statistics with Google's analytics cookies on this domain | Analytics | Tag on every page; cookies only after you accept |
| Microsoft Clarity | How pages are used, including session recordings with form fields masked | Analytics | Only after you accept |
| Ahrefs Web Analytics | Counts visits and page views; sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device | Statistics without storage | Every page |
| Cloudflare Web Analytics | Counts page loads and measures how fast pages load; sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device | Statistics without storage | Every page |
| Google Maps on the contact page | Shows the office on a map | Third-party content | Only when you click the map |
| Stripe, on the payment page | Card payment and fraud prevention | Payment | On the payment page only |
| NOWPayments, on the payment page | Crypto payment | Payment | On the payment page only, when you pay in crypto |
What this site stores, checked on the live site before and after accepting, on a form page and on the payment page.
Who receives data from your visit
Receives a visit signal without cookies from Google's tag before you choose, visit statistics from Google Analytics 4 after you accept, and the map request when you click the map on the contact page. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services.
- Microsoft
Clarity receives how you scroll, click and move through pages after you accept. Every form field is masked in its recordings, so nothing you type is captured. See the Microsoft privacy statement.
- Ahrefs
Its Web Analytics script receives the page you view, the page you came from and your browser's technical details on each visit. It sets no cookie and stores nothing on your device, so it runs without the banner. See the Ahrefs privacy policy.
- Cloudflare
Hosts this site and receives every request, including your IP address; runs Turnstile on forms and counts page loads without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Fonts are served from this domain, never from a font provider. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Payment providers
Stripe for cards and NOWPayments for crypto receive the payment details you enter, and only on the payment page, when you pay an invoice.
We sell no data and share none for advertising, because this site runs no advertising. Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, the safeguards are set out in the Privacy Policy.
How to change or withdraw your consent
- Select "Cookie settings" in the footer of any page. The banner opens again with your current choice, and you can accept or reject analytics.
- Withdrawing consent updates the choice stored in your browser. Google's tag stops setting cookies at once, and Microsoft Clarity stops loading from the next page you open.
- To remove cookies that Google Analytics 4 or Microsoft Clarity have already set, clear this site's data in your browser's settings.
- If the banner does not open, or a tool still loads after you refused it, write to info@company-registration-netherlands.com or use the contact page, and we will correct it.
Your rights and who to ask
You can ask what data from your visit we hold, have it erased, object to its use and withdraw consent at any time. Your rights under the GDPR are set out in full in the Privacy Policy. Write to info@company-registration-netherlands.com or use the contact page.
- Access: ask which data from your visit we hold.
- Erasure and objection: ask us to delete it or to stop using it.
- Complaints: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
- Browser "Do Not Track" signals do not replace your choice in the banner.
